California Governor Newsom Signs Law Banning PFAS in Cosmetics

Assembly Bill 2771/PFAS-Free Beauty Act goes into effect in 2025.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom signed a law that bans intentionally added PFAS from cosmetics sold in California.
